Dr. Julia Jones is our expert in pre-health advising, pre-requisite course planning, professional school application guidance, essay or personal statement review, and interview preparation. Julia has been serving in this role since 2018, working with a diverse array of students. She has additional experience as an admissions committee member at a health professional school. Julia has worked with many pre-health students from their first day of undergraduate education through acceptance into a health professions program. She has helped students be successfully accepted into medical school, physician associate school, dental school, pharmacy school, nursing school, post-bacc programs, and more. In addition, Julia specializes in tutoring the critical analysis and reasoning skills (CARS) of the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) with pre-medicine students. Many students find CARS to be a more challenging section of the MCAT; from reviewing exam structure and strategy to building personalized practice passages and questions to meet your needs, Julia will work with you to be as prepared as possible for test day.
